Organ and Piano Recital at St John’s Bentleigh,

Calvin will be presenting a series of minitures for the piano and organ by composers ranging from the 18th to 21st centuries. The program will include works by Bach, Galuppi, Distler, Binge, and Bowman.
Calvin Bowman is a world class organist and pianist. Currently, he is Director of Music and Principal Organist at St Andrew's Brighton, and regular soloist with major Australian orchestras and appears regularly with the MSO on the Melbourne Town Hall organ. He is also one of Australia's most distinguished composers.
This is the first of a series of concerts sponsored by the Glen Eira City Council that are being held at St John’s Anglican Church Bentleigh.
